Cross country coach, Manchester Boxing Gym
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom

For twelve years I've run the cross country program at Manchester Boxing Gym in Manchester. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Thank you for stopping by.
