Coach Ruth
Coached rugby for 30 years in Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani Athletic Club
- Since 1996
- English, Swahili
I've coached rugby at Kasarani Athletic Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Ruth
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Ruth: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

you coached me in 2000. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Spokane.
