Coach Ruth

Rowing and fitness coach, Dar es Salaam

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Dar es Salaam Athletic Club
  • 2018 to 2025
  • English
I coached rowing at Dar es Salaam Athletic Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings. I'm still learning every day.
