Coach Russell
Gymnastics and fitness coach, Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Boxing Gym
- Since 2003
- English
For 23 years I've run the gymnastics program at Newcastle Boxing Gym in Newcastle. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Coach Russell
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
