I've coached chess at Rawalpindi Swimming Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Rukhsar
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
