Coach Rukhsar
Youth football coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Faisalabad Kingsway Football Club
- 1982 to 1996
- English, Punjabi
I coached football at Faisalabad Kingsway Football Club from 1982 to 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Coach Rukhsar
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Rukhsar: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Paris.
