Coach Rukhsar
Coached cross country for ten years in Lahore
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Lahore Youth Club
- 1980 to 1990
- English
I coached cross country at Lahore Youth Club from 1980 to 1990. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Rukhsar
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Rukhsar: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Thane.
