I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 360 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Coach Rukhsar
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Rukhsar: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
