Youth swimming coach and mentor

For 29 years I've run the swimming program at Sukkur Swimming Club in Sukkur. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
