Coach Rubén
Cross country and fitness coach, Zapopan
- 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
- Stonebridge Boxing Gym
- Since 2003
- Spanish
For 23 years I've run the cross country program at Stonebridge Boxing Gym in Zapopan. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
