Coach Rowena
Coached rowing for 48 years in Dasmariñas
- 🇵🇭 Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines
- Since 1978
- English, Filipino
I've coached rowing at Dasmariñas Football Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
