Coach Ronke

Martial arts and fitness coach, Zaria

  • 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
  • Zaria Athletic Club
  • 2000 to 2015
  • English, French
For 15 years I ran the martial arts program at Zaria Athletic Club in Zaria. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
