Coach Roman
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom
- Since 1985
- English
I've coached hockey at Frangipani Youth Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Coach Roman
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Roman: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
