For 19 years I've run the cross country program at Liberty Youth Club in Lucknow. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Coach Ritu: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
