For 35 years I've run the chess program at Setagaya Kilimanjaro Community Club in Setagaya. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Rin: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
