Coach Ricardo
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇪🇸 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain
- Brookfield Youth Club
- Since 2018
- Spanish
For eight years I've run the chess program at Brookfield Youth Club in Móstoles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Ricardo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
