I coached athletics at São Paulo Brookfield Football Club from 2004 to 2015. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Ricardo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
