For 21 years I ran the swimming program at Toronto Boxing Gym in Toronto. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Coach René
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach René: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
