For 41 years I've run the basketball program at St. Anne's Athletic Club in Casablanca. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach René
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
