I've coached cross country at Duque de Caxias Swimming Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Regina: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
