Coach Raymond
Wrestling coach, Edinburgh Harbor Boxing Gym
- 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Edinburgh Harbor Boxing Gym
- 2008 to 2017
- English, Spanish
I coached wrestling at Edinburgh Harbor Boxing Gym from 2008 to 2017. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Raymond
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Raymond: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
