Coach Raúl

Cross country and fitness coach, Mexicali

  • 🇲🇽 Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
  • Redwood Athletic Club
  • Since 2015
  • Spanish
For eleven years I've run the cross country program at Redwood Athletic Club in Mexicali. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
