For 32 years I ran the cross country program at Dhaka Our Lady of Peace Sports Club in Dhaka. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
