Coach Raquel
Athletics and fitness coach, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil

I've coached athletics at Beacon Sports Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Raquel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Raquel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
