I coached badminton at Manchester Sports Club from 1988 to 2009. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
