Coach Ramón
Rowing and fitness coach, Palmira
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Oakwood Football Club
- 1982 to 1995
- Spanish
For 13 years I ran the rowing program at Oakwood Football Club in Palmira. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
