Coach Rakib
Rugby coach, Gazipur Swimming Club
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Swimming Club
- Since 1998
- English
For 28 years I've run the rugby program at Gazipur Swimming Club in Gazipur. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Coach Rakib
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Likoni.
