I coached gymnastics at Gazipur Acacia Youth Club from 1995 to 2008. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

What gifts mean to Coach Rahima: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
