Coach Rafiq
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Rosewood Youth Club
- 2015 to 2025
- English
For ten years I ran the badminton program at Mumbai Rosewood Youth Club in Mumbai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Coach Rafiq
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Rafiq: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
