For 20 years I ran the cycling program at Mumbai Community Club in Mumbai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Rafiq
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Rafiq: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
