Coach Rafael

Youth athletics coach and mentor

  • 🇲🇽 San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico
  • Since 1980
  • English, Spanish
I've coached athletics at St. Mary's Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Coach Rafael

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
