Coach Rafael
Wrestling and fitness coach, Belo Horizonte
- 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Jacaranda Football Club
- 2001 to 2011
- English, Portuguese
For ten years I ran the wrestling program at Jacaranda Football Club in Belo Horizonte. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Rafael
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
