Coached cross country for 15 years in Port Harcourt
- 🇳🇬 Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria
- Port Harcourt Football Club
- Since 2011
- English, Hausa
For 15 years I've run the cross country program at Port Harcourt Football Club in Port Harcourt. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
