I coached rowing at Niterói Lincoln Boxing Gym from 1994 to 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
