I've coached volleyball at Bowling Green Boxing Gym since 1979. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Piper
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
