For 25 years I've run the athletics program at San Francisco Football Club in San Francisco. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Coach Pilar: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
