Coach Peyton
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Savannah, Georgia, United States
- Savannah Northside Athletic Club
- Since 1997
- English
For 29 years I've run the chess program at Savannah Northside Athletic Club in Savannah. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
