Coach Pedro
Rugby and fitness coach, Campinas

- 1983 to 1996

I coached rugby at Campinas Brookfield Boxing Gym from 1983 to 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Coach Pedro
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Pedro: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
