Coach Peace
Coached rugby for 38 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Youth Club
- 1982 to 2020
- English, Hausa
I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,220 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Coach Peace
If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Coach Peace: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
