Coach Palesa
Netball and fitness coach, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Swimming Club
- Since 1997
- English
For 29 years I've run the netball program at Johannesburg Swimming Club in Johannesburg. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Coach Palesa
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Palesa: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
