I'm a softball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 440 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Padma
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Coach Padma: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
