Coach Owen
Softball coach, Atlanta Boxing Gym
- 🇺🇸 Atlanta, Georgia, United States
- Atlanta Boxing Gym
- Since 1996
- English
I've coached softball at Atlanta Boxing Gym since 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Coach Owen
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Owen: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

you coached me in 2019. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Manila.
