Coach Otieno

For 32 years I've run the tennis program at Dar es Salaam Highland Sports Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life! Greetings from Cologne.
