Coach Otieno
Netball coach, Mwanza Community Club
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Mwanza Community Club
- Since 1989
- English
For 37 years I've run the netball program at Mwanza Community Club in Mwanza. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Otieno
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Otieno: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
