Coach Opas
Cross country and fitness coach, Bangkok
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand
- Elmwood Sports Club
- Since 1991
- English, Thai
For 35 years I've run the cross country program at Elmwood Sports Club in Bangkok. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Thank you for stopping by.
