Coach Omkar
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Since 2009
- English, Marathi
I've coached cross country at Mumbai Football Club since 2009. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Omkar: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2012. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Chiang Mai.
