Coach Omar
Youth tennis coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Football Club
- Since 1987
- English, Arabic
For 39 years I've run the tennis program at Los Angeles Football Club in Los Angeles. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Omar
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Omar: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
