Coach Okta
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- Elmwood Football Club
- 1989 to 2010
- English, Indonesian
For 21 years I ran the cricket program at Elmwood Football Club in Ubud. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Coach Okta: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
