Coach Odhiambo
Hockey and fitness coach, Kisumu
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Acacia Athletic Club
- Since 1995
- English, Swahili
I've coached hockey at Acacia Athletic Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Coach Odhiambo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life! Greetings from London.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
