I've coached swimming at Epe Swimming Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
